Owners List

This is a list of P31 owners that’s been compiled by, amongst others, Bill Crane (#268) and Mike Bergelson (former owner of #98). Note that we have spent most of our time collecting information on P31-II (1987 – 1991) owners, but would like to include owners of the first model (1978 – 1981) as well.

As we understand it, there were exactly 268 P31-IIs built. We know who owns hull #1 and who owns hull #268, but not everything in between. We have identified 85 of 268 P-31-IIs, or 31%. We can do better than this!

Many thanks to Karl McEntire (P31-II #76) for providing the complete list of documented Pearson 31s. Why didn’t I think of that?

Please do what you can to help us fill in the blanks. Also, if you know how many 1978 P31s were built, let us know.

If you would like to correct information contained herein, or would like to get herein, please e-mail Mike Bergelson, the site administrator. When emailing to be added to the list, please include the following information: hull number, boat name and home port. Also, if you’re signing up for the message boards, please include the user name that you’ve chosen in your email. Hundreds of spammers are trying to register for the site and it’s difficult to determine who’s a legitimate user.
