I found a source for the small door hinge plate mounted on the cabinets in the V-birth area and next to the chart table on the P31-2. Mine is a 1988 boat number 186. These small face plates are made of pot metal and tend to break off where the hinge arm slides into them. The replacements are chrome and are fairly close in profile. I had to adjust the latch a little, but it does work.
