1988 P31-II, hull # 112 for sale. Trading up to a larger boat and thought I'd see if anyone was interested before I list with a broker. December 2002 survey results read, "Above Average Condition... has received professional maintenance and is mechanically, structurally, and cosmetically in near-new condition".
Great Lakes use only, inside storage 8 months/yr. All usual amentities plus Heat/AC, chartplotting GPS with chart-cards for Lakes Michigan, Huron and Superior. 155% genoa and newer (2005) 100% Omega Jib. Main reconditioned, and converted to full battens winter 2006. Dutchman system. Newer canvas dodger, bimini and zip-in connector, custom cockpit cushions 2005. Great condition. Asking $49,900.
