Have other people found that it is difficult to get both fresh water tanks to draw evenly? When we have both turned on, we get little pressure. When we have one turned on, we get full pressure. Any thoughts or advice? Confused

Manny,

I operate with one tank isolated to keep air out of the system (running solid in engineering terms) and to always keep a spare tank in case of a system leak.

This may work for you, it has worked for me over the years (I've owned DEFIANT for 11 years now).

I always use one tank at a time. I have found that if both tanks are on line and fairly full, the high side tank drains to the low side tank and over fills it spilling water down the inside of the hull below the deck fill fitting. Using one tank at a time also alerts me to how fast I am using water and when I should fill again. I plan to add a tank level gauge next year.

What type of TLI are you considering? When in doubt now I check via the inpection ports on the top of mytanks. a P-31 II may be different.
